WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
RENDER AND ACRYLIC COATINGS
In order to successfully meet the requirements of our clients, there are several pre start considerations, including but not limited to the following, that you the client must be aware of:
- Ground levels to work down too
- Access and scaffolding requirements
- Substrate inspection
- External grade colour selection
For detailed analysis of a substrate and project, a site inspection is often required, this may be conducted as part of the quotation or pre start process.
LIGHT WEIGHT WALLING SYSTEMS
In order to successfully complete a project Pete's Render requires the building project to be at a stage where:
- Framing for all areas to receive the lightweight wall system is complete and straightened.
- All Windows have been fully installed
- All Flashing adjacent to the Lightweight wall system have been fully installed
- Access has been provided.
Once these few items are completed Pete's Render will take care of everything else. In order to help you make sure that you have considered everything, please refer to our Pre-start checklist
